    Load the screw

    Open the clam-shell cabinet and load the screw onto integrated support stands.

    Advance & blast

    Advance the cabinet along the screw axis, blasting each section in sequence.

    Recirculate the media

    Spent media is automatically reclaimed, classified, and recirculated — closed-loop.

  4. 04

    Remove a clean screw

    Pull out a dimensionally intact, fully cleaned screw — in well under an hour, not over a full shift.
